Set up a first appointment to see the space and to meet with a sales representative
to discuss your event. (We are open for appointments Monday through Friday
9:30am to 5:30pm and most Saturdays and Sundays in the afternoons.)
Your sales representative will put together a proposal with menu and pricing
information for you.
The date you are interested in can be placed on hold for you for up to 7
business days at no obligation. ˇ If you wish to book the date, your sales
representative will prepare the contract accordingly.
The signed contract and deposit must be returned within 7 business days
to secure the date.
Decide upon a band/DJ, a florist and/or a photographer and/or videographer
for your event.
Schedule appointments for your vendors to visit the site, if necessary.
Your sales representative will give you a wedding checklist or event checklist
to be filled out along the way as your event gets planned.
Your sales representative will arrange a "final" appointment at least 2
weeks prior to your event for you to go over this checklist and to finalize
your menu and other details for your event.
Your sales representative will give you a floor plan which should be returned
with your final guest list and table number assignments.

NOTE:We
offer tasting appointments for up to 6 people for our clients to sample
the presentation and quality of our food and service. We recommend tastings
to be done closer to the date of your event as our menu gets updated on
a regular basis.
